House rules

1. Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. on arrival day; check-out by 11:00 a.m. on departure day.
2. Extension of stay must be agreed with staff in advance and is only possible if rooms are available.
3. Late check-out until evening hours is charged at 30% of one night's rate.
4. Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please respect other guests' rest.
5. Smoking and open flames are prohibited in rooms and corridors.
6. Please check the room equipment on arrival and report any missing items immediately.
7. Any damage to equipment during your stay must be reported immediately.
8. On departure day please hand over the room to staff in person.
9. Guests are responsible for the room and its equipment. Damage, significant soiling or lost keys must be compensated.
10. Use of guests' own heaters, radiators, hair dryers etc. is prohibited.
11. Guests are responsible for free sports and leisure equipment provided on site.

Booking conditions

1. Room reservations at Hacjenda Guest House are made by phone or email.
2. Prices in the rate table apply to the entire room for the stated number of adults and children, dates and length of stay.
3. An extra person is only possible with an additional bed if available.
4. A quote sent by email is not a guaranteed reservation; renewed contact is required for a preliminary booking.
5. To confirm a reservation a deposit of 30% of the stay value (minimum one night) is required by the agreed date.
6. If the deposit is not paid on time or is insufficient, the preliminary reservation is cancelled.
7. The deposit may be refunded minus a handling fee if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival. After that, refund is only possible if the same room is re-booked for the same period. Otherwise the deposit is non-refundable under Polish Civil Code Art. 394.
8. If a refund is agreed, a 10% handling fee applies.
